Mueen offers a free 7-day trial of the Professional plan so you can fully evaluate the product before making a purchase. We encourage all users to take advantage of this trial period to ensure Mueen meets their business needs.

1 No-Refund Policy

Since we provide a comprehensive free trial, all purchases made after the trial period are final and non-refundable.

The 7-day trial gives you full access to Professional plan features — use this time to thoroughly test the system with your business data.

By purchasing a subscription after your trial, you confirm that you have tested the product and it meets your requirements.

2 Cancellation Process

You may cancel your subscription at any time from your dashboard or by contacting support.

Upon cancellation, your subscription will remain active until the end of the current billing period.

After the billing period ends, your account will be downgraded and device activations will be deactivated.

3 After Cancellation

Your data will be retained for 30 days after cancellation in case you decide to resubscribe.

After 30 days, your data will be permanently deleted in accordance with our Privacy Policy.

4 Exceptional Circumstances

In cases of billing errors or unauthorized charges, please contact our support team immediately. We will investigate and resolve any legitimate billing issues.

If Mueen experiences significant downtime or service disruptions that materially affect your business, we may offer service credits at our discretion.

All refund requests for exceptional circumstances must be submitted within 7 days of the billing date in question.
